To successfully complete distance education courses at UAA, the following pages highlight the minimum technical tools required for all students. Having regular and dependable access to these items will allow you to retrieve online digital materials, access the Internet, and log on to Blackboard. Overall performance will vary based on hardware and connection speeds.
If you are running any of the four operating systems below, you should not experience difficulties accessing Blackboard or digital materials online.
For Windows users: Windows 2000 or XP
For Mac users: Mac OS 9 or X

Monitor – Using a resolution of 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 to reduce the need for scrolling
